As the General Manager of Hawaiian Gardens Casino, Ron Sarabi studied business and engineering in Oklahoma during the late ‘60s. Ron Sarabi went back for his MBA with the University of Nevada, but was lured away by lucrative business ventures.
Ron Sarabi used his leadership and business skills to lead Hawaiian Gardens Casino to become one of the top casinos in the nation. Ron Sarabi's Hawaiian Gardens Casino card room is the second highest grossing card room in California. Much of his success comes from a mix of good timing, a strong work ethic and keen business strategy. Early in Ron Sarabi's career, he worked as a parking lot housekeeper in Lake Tahoe. Though his beginnings were humble, Ron Sarabi paved his own road to success in the casino and gaming industry.
Ron Sarabi's work in the casino and gaming industry does not stop with The Hawaiian Gardens Casino. He also uses his expertise to make contributions to the Golden State Gaming Association as a member and former President of the Board of Directors. Ron Sarabi's expertise has contributed to taking part in the legislation of card games in the state of California. He was also a Co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for the Southern California Casino Association. Ron Sarabi is an advocate for responsible gaming practices in the casino industry.
